Annual Meeting Recap
We had a very successful annual meeting. Thanks for everyone who turned out. Over 55 people registered for two seminars on advanced customization of Probate System V. We showcased some new customization feature (included in an appendix of the manual) that will be made available in December. We recorded the audio and the visuals of the two sessions. We will be splicing together the best of both sessions into a single video class and making it available through this site. More on that when it is ready.

Web Demo and Instructional Course at Nebraska Annual Meeting
TO CURRENT and FUTURE USERS OF PROBATE SYSTEM V:
Over 80 Nebraska law firms have signed on since Probate System V ("PSV") was released six months ago and received basic training. In response to popular demand, Seth Rowland, Esq., the developer of PSV will be leading two educational sections at the 2006 ANNUAL MEETING of the Nebraska State Bar Association entitled “Customizing Your PS V System for Your Own Office and Law Firm.”
ALL attorneys, paralegals and legal secretaries using PSV or considering using PSV are cordially invited to register for one or both of these sessions. The course is FREE to all. The sessions are on Friday, November 3, 2006 at 9:00 AM and at 10:30 AM. In these two-90 minute sessions, the chief developer of PSV, Seth Rowland, will quickly refresh the basics and then cover advanced topics, including: working with the Inheritance Tax Worksheet, configuring your firm preferences, and the responsibilities of the Unit Manager. In addition, we will be introducing a new set of features that will allow you to customize PSV to reflect your own firm’s layout preferences and create a consistent style for all documents generated with the system.

Open Probate Forum for Members launched
One of the services offered by NSBA and Basha Systems is an OPEN FORUM for members of the Probate and Real Property Section to discuss issues of interest to Section Members.
